Technology is a double-edged sword: it claims to simplify by adding layers of complication. There is also the risk of building on rented land: trapping you with increasingly expensive fees to continue using their platform. However, without technology you risk being left behind.

My vision is to wrest back control for small businesses. We can do this together using methodological frameworks to decide on the right kind of technology to deploy. I function independently from big-tech platforms and have deep knowledge of the algorithms powering today's marketing automation platforms.
